    Daily Boost December is back! Join the Christmas themed Daily Boost Challenge from 1st - 16th December!

    Daily Boost December has started - a great way to get ALL your pupils moving at this festive time of year! You can use our exclusive Daily Boost December resources to inspire your Daily Boost sessions or encourage your pupils to come up with their own FUN ideas!

    The 'Challenges' section of the website has restricted access and is only viewable to Schools that have registered to take part in the Daily Boost, so make sure you sign-up so you can get involved.

  • Move it Boom!

    Move it Boom!

    We have teamed up with Move It Boom, so if your School is taking part in the Daily Boost and Move it Boom, pupils can now record their active minutes through the Move it Boom website!

The Daily Boost

The Daily Boost offers a flexible, evidence-based approach for children and young people in school to increase activity and meet the guidance for an improvement in their physical and mental health and wellbeing.

The 15 minutes of activity can be anything! Walk, run, skip, hop, dance, or simply do their favourite sport or activity that gets them active.

The activity can be before school starts, at lunchtime, after-school, or during the school day in an 'active lesson'.

The Daily Boost is free and Schools will receive resources, rewards and access to log your activity for the Boost Tracker!
